- 5 years of experience in communications, visual design, or presentation development supporting large-scale initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint with hands-on experience managing modern SharePoint sites.
- Proven ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Experience supporting change management, transformation, or HR-related programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
