Salary Range: $100,000-$135,000/year (USD)

Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst include:
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
- Analyze large compensation datasets to generate insights and recommendations for leadership
- Partner with HR teams to develop job descriptions, career frameworks, and compensation structures
- Support annual compensation cycles including merit reviews, bonuses, and market adjustments
- Maintain and optimize compensation systems (e.g., Workday, PayFactors, MarketPay) while ensuring data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards within an HR environment
- Background in healthcare or life sciences strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with experience handling complex datasets and statistical analysis
- Experience working with compensation platforms and HRIS tools (Workday highly preferred)
