- Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns to drive performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
- Serve as the global owner for paid media strategy, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions and markets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations and testing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and regional marketing teams to align messaging and execution.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient media spend and maximum impact.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in campaign execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple paid media channels.
- Experience owning or supporting global paid media programs and international campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing organization with evolving priorities.
- Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary plus annual bonus potential
