The Order Management Representative will serve as the first point of contact for existing customers, providing high-quality customer service and order support in a fast-paced, onsite environment in the North Raleigh area. - Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via inbound phone calls
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to order-related inquiries
- Support customers with order questions, issues, and discrepancies
- Provide general product and order information (no cold outreach required)
- Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- 1 year of customer service or order management experience
- Experience supporting existing customers in a call-based environment
- Medical device or medical equipment customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in North Raleigh
- Hourly rate: $20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, onsite schedule (5 days per week)
