- Provide onsite support for VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and PBX phone configurations.
- Perform SIP troubleshooting and resolve complex voice communication issues.
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure to ensure reliable voice services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Navy personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on VoIP and SIP technologies.
- Proficiency in VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and PBX phone configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SIP and related voice communication issues.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at Norfolk, VA Navy base.
- Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
