Essential Duties of the IT Vendor Negotiation Manager:
- Lead client-side contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and secure optimal terms.
- Analyze vendor proposals, contracts, and pricing models to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- 5 years of experience in contract/vendor negotiations or cost management; with a focus on client-side operations.
- Very strong negotiation abilities to gain favorable contract terms and cost savings.
- Strong communication abilities and highly organized.
- Experience in IT purchasing
- $110,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
