- Lead day-to-day support and enhancement of enterprise systems built on Windows, .NET, and Classic ASP technologies.
- Oversee SQL Server environments, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership for system upgrades, patches, and application enhancements.
- Support and manage mobile device configuration, deployment, and security policies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with internal IT standards.
- Mentor junior technical staff and serve as an escalation point for complex system issues.
- 10 years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems in a lead or senior-level role.
- Strong experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft-based application stacks.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Classic ASP, and SQL Server.
- Experience supporting and configuring mobile devices in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salary range: $145,000 – $155,000 depending on experience
