Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:
- Own and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for commercial P&Ls, capital investments, and working capital performance.
- Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions, investment returns, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, R&D, People operations, and Insights teams to influence profitable, data‑driven outcomes.
- Deliver clear, standardized reporting and KPI dashboards, including monthly performance reviews, forecasts, and revenue/volume analysis.
- Analyze performance variances and unit economics, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience supporting commercial or FMCG-style businesses with exposure to pricing, volume, and margin analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non‑finance stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience with SAP, BPC, or comparable financial systems preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
