This is a remote based position with global teammates, and potential for extensions. Conferences and team meetings in the tri-state area.

Responsibilities:
- Identify & Scope Change: Analyze, define, and defend the need for improvements in work processes, technologies, or organizational structure.
- Drive Adoption & Engagement: Act as a catalyst to implement changes, foster a receptive environment, and encourage staff to become "change champions".
- Communication & Support: Translate executive vision for employees, communicate benefits, and provide feedback on challenges.
- Manage Resistance: Identify potential pitfalls, evaluate disruptions, and implement strategies to overcome resistance.
- Execute & Monitor: Implement approved changes, manage the change control process, and track progress to ensure long-term adoption.
- Experience in transformation projects, high level communications, developing content creation support for company letters and senior stakeholder documentation
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to guide teams through transitions, often without formal authority.
- Strategic Thinking: Connecting individual/team actions to broad organizational goals.
- Communication & Coaching: Strong interpersonal skills for training and feedback.
- Action-Oriented: Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementation.
- Pay Rate: Commensurate to Experience
