Piper Companies is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for a leading organization located in Merrimack, NH and Smithfield, RI. The UI/UX Designer role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design, along with experience collaborating across product and development teams. This role is onsite 5 days a week.

- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
- Utilize Figma to design, iterate, and maintain scalable design systems and shared component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user experience requirements.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve product experiences.
- Manage and track design tasks, requirements, and project progress within Jira.
- Ensure consistency across digital products while maintaining modern design standards and best practices.
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and completed design projects.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing Jira for project management and workflow tracking.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design recommendations to stakeholders.
- Salary range: $115,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
