Job Description
The position of Human Resources Generalist is many dimensional. You will ensure that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with all legal practices as well as CARF Accreditation Standards. You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, that include, but are not limited to hiring, organizing Agency Trainings, and promoting HR policies that create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Some Payroll duties may be included. You will participate in implementing HR and/or administrative programing relating to Pipeline's grant initiatives. The best candidate for this position will work with Pipeline's Website Development Team, offering input and providing social media monitoring. Pipeline is a Licensed Community Mental Health Agency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating the training and execute the onboarding plans for new hires to educate them on company guidelines
- Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment and organizing Agency Trainings and other initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of CARF Accreditation and other related Human Resources policies.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and make certain records are up-to-date and confidential
- Execute some payroll related responsibilities
- Assist in community outreach efforts, coordinate meetings, event planning and uses multi-tasking skills in implementing grants and other agency programming.
- Work with our CARF Accreditation Team to ensure a smooth transition in the credentialling process
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and people skills with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Therapy Notes Software
- Have a working knowledge of, or be willing to learn Cognito Forms, Constant Contact and other outreach media resources
- Desire to work as part of a TEAM that has a results-driven approach
- This is a Monday-Friday in-office position with some scheduling flexibility
- There is a 25 to 30 hour work week.
Education & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, administrative assistant or related experience
- BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus, however,
- Other qualifying Certifications will be considered
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
