Pipe Pros is a family-owned, Las Vegas-built plumbing and mechanical company led by a third-generation local who has worked every level of this trade. We do commercial and residential service and are actively pursuing MLA work on the Strip. We're small enough that you'll matter, and ambitious enough that there's real room to grow.

What You'll Do
- Run residential and commercial service calls independently — diagnosis, repair, and presentation
- Leak detection, drain cleaning, scope and jetting, water heater service, softeners, slab work
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience on every job — you are the face of Pipe Pros in the field
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Adapt to schedule changes and urgent customer needs
Hard Requirements — No Exceptions
- 5 years running service calls independently
- Residential AND commercial experience — both, not one
- Leak detection proficiency
- Clean driving record
- Able to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
Strongly Preferred
- Journeyman Plumber license
- Drainage experience: scope, sewer machine, jetter
- ServiceTitan experience (we will train the right person)
- Familiarity with hard water systems — Las Vegas runs 16–18 grains per gallon

Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
