  • Use hand tools, crimpers, and basic test equipment (multimeter, continuity tester)
  • Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished units per drawings and work instructions
  • Fit, align, and fasten mechanical parts using hand and power tools (torque wrenches, drivers, etc.)
  • Inspect assembled units for fit, function, and adherence to specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and production staff to keep jobs on schedule

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical wiring, wire harness assembly, or a related field — or equivalent combined experience across electrical and mechanical work (manufacturing/fabrication environment preferred)
  • Experience with mechanical assembly
  • Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings
  • Familiarity with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and basic electrical test equipment
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly tools (torque wrenches, drivers, calipers, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety practices
  • Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
