About Us
We are a fast-paced Commercial Printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to become a member of our team as a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Process orders using customer retention and print management systems (including PrintSmith)
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects
- Review job specifications carefully to maintain quality and minimize errors
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with e-commerce order processing and online customer interactions
- Assist with order buyouts and vendor coordination as required
- Help manage and track inventory for office and production departments
- Previous experience in the commercial printing industry preferred
- College graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Great people skills are a must. Organized and detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with PrintSmith or similar print management/customer retention software preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media tools
