ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will lead the day-to-day coordination of customer order fulfillment, shipment readiness, Equipment Releases, and cross-functional follow-up to ensure customer orders are reviewed, prioritized, and shipped in alignment with business needs. This role partners closely with Planning, Inside Sales, Inventory Control, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Logistics to support on-time execution and improve visibility throughout the fulfillment process.
This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer order fulfillment from order review through shipment readiness and release.
- Review open customer orders to confirm inventory availability, production status, quality release, transfer order status, and shipment priority.
- Issue and manage Equipment Releases in alignment with Planning direction, customer requirements, and shipment readiness.
- Partner with Inside Sales and Planning to confirm customer priorities, requested ship dates, order changes, and delivery expectations.
- Work closely with Inventory Control to validate inventory availability, physical stock accuracy, and material movement.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality to confirm completion status, release status, and constraints impacting shipment readiness.
- Partner with Warehouse, Shipping and Logistics to ensure orders are staged, documented, and ready for carrier pickup or delivery.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to Planning, Inside Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate fulfillment risks, including material shortages, inventory discrepancies, incomplete transactions, quality holds, transfer order issues, and shipping constraints.
- Support daily and weekly shipment planning by confirming which orders are ready, delayed, at risk, or pending additional action.
- Assist with resolving system or process issues that prevent orders from being fulfilled or shipped on time.
- Help identify recurring issues that impact fulfillment performance and recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, logistics, inventory control, customer order management, production planning, materials planning, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or product-based environment.
- Strong understanding of order flow, inventory availability, production readiness, shipment coordination, and customer delivery requirements.
- Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and follow-up actions at the same time.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and follow up on time-sensitive action items.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and customer-driven dead lines.
