What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Pioneer?
- Constantly refilling ice bins, bringing up beer cases/liquor, stocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and coasters.
- Washing, polishing, and restocking glassware, cleaning spills, bussing tables, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out trash.
- Changing out empty beer kegs for fresh ones, which requires lifting heavy items.
- Assisting with opening/closing duties (e.g., preparing mixers, setting up mats) and supporting bartenders with tasks to increase service speed.
- Handling unexpected tasks like cleaning up broken glass or clearing, and anticipating bartender needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
