We are a growing residential construction company focused on quality outdoor living projects. Right now, we have a strong pipeline of deck work lined up and are looking for the right person to come on board and be a key part of our crew. This is consistent, steady work with a company that takes pride in craftsmanship and treats its people right.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and installing wood and composite decks from the ground up
- Working with materials such as pressure-treated lumber, Trex, TimberTech, and similar products
- Reading and following project plans and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets local code and quality standards
- Representing the company professionally on job sites
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in deck construction (wood, composite, and related structures)
- Experience with a full range of carpentry tools – power and hand tools (tool knowledge is a plus!)
- Must be a self-starter – motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
- High attention to detail – we take pride in clean, quality work
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have own reliable transportation to travel between job sites in Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties
Nice to Have:
- Experience with pergolas, railings, stairs, or other outdoor structures
- Familiarity with NJ residential building codes
