What You'll Do
- Stay organized, even when things get busy
- Support customers, answer questions, and follow up like a pro
- Dispatch our awesome field techs and keep jobs flowing
- Schedule service calls with accuracy and confidence
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and support marketing efforts

- Answer phones with a smile (yes, people can hear it!)
- Prior CSR or dispatching experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software (bonus points for ServiceTitan!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
