Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative and back-office tasks in collaboration with the CFO, COO and bookkeeping and compliance teams.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, payroll and benefits.
- Assist with financial, sales and inventory reporting in collaboration with the CFO, COO and Sales Director.
- General office management and day-to-day administrative support to leadership team.
Requirements
- At least 1 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus
