About the Role
AIM HR Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Director or Human Resources Consultant to provide both strategic and hands-on HR support to a wide range of client organizations across Central Massachusetts. This hybrid HR position combines consulting, coaching, compliance, and day-to-day HR management.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys variety, and delivers practical, evidence-based human resources solutions that help businesses grow and stay compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HR consulting services to multiple clients, including fractional HR, compensation planning, talent acquisition, training, compliance audits, and employee relations.
- Provide expert advice on HR strategy, , compliance and best practices across industries.
- Conduct HR compliance assessments and recommend practical solutions to minimize risk.
- Stay current with federal and Massachusetts employment laws, HR technology, and workforce trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressive HR experience in key areas such as employee relations, compliance, compensation, training, and recruitment.
- Proven experience as an HR Director, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Consultant supporting multiple organizations.
- Strong consulting, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HR technology systems.
- Leave of Absence Management experience PREFERRED
