Role Description The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Wenatchee, WA. This position is responsible for greeting clients, visitors, and business partners, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and managing the front desk area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, handling mail and deliveries, preparing and organizing basic documents, and supporting escrow and title staff with administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and filing. The receptionist also maintains office supplies, keeps communal areas organized, and assists with customer inquiries to help ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service and front office experience, with the ability to create a professional and welcoming environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills, including answering, screening, and directing calls effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and team members.
- Basic office administration skills, such as scheduling, document handling, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and ability to learn industry-specific systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site in Wenatchee, WA.
- Prior experience in real estate, title, or escrow environments is helpful but not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
