Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining records, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments. Additional tasks include liaising with vendors and entity directors to resolve payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and Invoicing systems
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in accounting or accounts payable roles is an advantage
