- Greet patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls
- Verify patient insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments
- Data entry
- Collect and review patient documentation
- Collect payments
- Chart prep for providers
Qualifications: Must have or have the ability to...
- 1 -year minimum experience in a medical office required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi -tasking
- Work with computer programs (Microsoft Office, NextGen -EHR, etc.)
- Attention to detail for accuracy
- Communicate collaboratively and positively
