Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Collect and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
- Prepare patients for aesthetic and wellness treatments by reviewing medical history and current concerns.
- Assist healthcare providers during aesthetic, regenerative, or internal medicine procedures (e.g., IV therapy, injections, hormone treatments).
- Support intake processes by gathering patient information and updating EHR documentation accurately.
- Administer medications and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections per provider direction and safety protocols.
- Perform basic life support (BLS) procedures and respond appropriately to any urgent situations.
- Maintain clinical cleanliness and organization, including treatment rooms and medical equipment.
- Assist with ICD coding and procedure documentation to support accurate billing and compliance.
- Ensure inventory management of medical supplies and prepare rooms for upcoming procedures.
- Collaborate with providers and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to discharge.
- Deliver outstanding patient communication and service, explaining procedures clearly and ensuring patient comfort.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in clinical or outpatient settings such as medical aesthetics, dermatology, internal medicine, or wellness clinics.
- Strong understanding of EHR systems, medical terminology, and basic anatomy & physiology.
- Proficient in vital signs collection, intake documentation, and injection assistance.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Experience assisting with IV therapy, hormone replacement, or injectable procedures (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a high-end wellness clinic.

Schedule: Sundays only | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM- 10 hour shift fixed

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
