- Responsible for working with sales, engineering, and operational managers to ensure timely preparation of permit packages
- Primarily performs administrative work at a branch level for ordering permits and coordinating inspections, closing out permits. Administrative role.
- Submit permits to municipalities and coordinate revisions as necessary
- Monitor progression and status of permits to help team plan installation schedule
- Coordinate paperwork and applications with outside consultants as needed
- Act as a liaison between the company and each municipality to obtain inspections
- Maintain all company files relating to site plan applications, approvals, licenses, permits, and registration
- Monitor and inform team of changes in permitting requirements and processes
- Assist the team in other administrative and operational capacities as needed
- Minimum 1 year of permitting experience required
- Experience with Electrical companies, home services, or construction preferred
- Desire to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and management skills, ability to prioritize and take initiative
