- Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!
- Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
- Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
- Work independently, own your route, and represent Dale's with professionalism.
- 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
- Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
