Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level

We’re hiring an Entry Level Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit causes through face-to-face engagement and grassroots outreach.

In this entry-level role, you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations, educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. No experience is required—we provide paid training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public spaces
• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives clearly and enthusiastically
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training on leadership, advocacy, and communication strategies

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
