The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the financial separation of Supply Chain operations by ensuring expenses are accurately allocated between the remaining Supply Chain organization and the newly separated business.
The Finance Manager will provide financial reporting guidance to regional Supply Chain Finance teams, oversee expense and headcount allocations, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the separation process.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the allocation and tracking of Supply Chain expenses between the remaining organization and the to-be-separated Supply Chain business.
Analyze headcount, operating expenses, and financial data to support the separation of orthopedic-related costs and systems.
Ensure expenses are accurately mapped within the chart of accounts and aligned with financial reporting requirements.
Partner with regional Supply Chain Finance and Accounting teams to provide financial reporting guidance and ensure consistent reporting practices.
Support month-end and financial reporting activities related to the business separation.
Analyze costing, financial statements, and expense trends to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and successful project execution.
Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership using Excel and PowerPoint.

5 years of Finance, Accounting, or Auditing experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial statements.
Experience supporting Supply Chain Finance or manufacturing operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a complex, cross-functional environment.

5 years of Finance, Accounting, or Auditing experience.
