What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maintenance Technician position at Pioneer Creek RV Resort?
RV Resort in Bowling Green, FL looking for a dependable General Maintenance person that understands basic electric, water, sewer and ground maintenance. Must be self-managed and able to work outside. Take pride in the quality of workmanship. Team player. May be asked to multi task in different areas of the resort years maintenance experience required. Workdays are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm with an hour off for lunch. Paid holidays after 90 days and paid vacation after 1 year. Health insurance optional after 90 days. Must be drug free, have a clean criminal history, have a valid drivers license, and employment references. Drug testing and background check required.
