Our technicians typically work within their local areas, handling residential service calls. Our maintenance division primarily supports property management partners, while our direct-to-client services assist homeowners, and our projects team manages larger contracts and re-pipe initiatives.

- Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials
- Must have your own tools and be able to work independently
- Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades
- Ability to lift and handle heavy tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate and use an online portal system
- All HVAC technicians must have EPA certification to comply with new refrigerant regulations
- General Liability Insurance is required; COI must be provided
- W9 form with a valid Tax ID is required
- Completion of onboarding video training with a live vendor representative is required before receiving work orders
- Fast Pay: Direct deposits are processed after proof of completion and quality verification, with no job board or service fees
- Flexible Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities available as needed
