Construction Superintendent - Custom Residential

Pioneer Construction is seeking an experienced Custom Residential Project Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations of high-end custom residential projects throughout the Savannah market. The successful candidate will possess an exceptional attention to detail, strong planning abilities, and outstanding communication skills. This individual must be capable of anticipating issues before they arise, coordinating multiple trades at a high level, and delivering a finished product that exceeds the expectations of discerning homeowners, architects, and designers.

The Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and serve as the primary field leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule adherence, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction.

• Experience managing complex custom homes with extensive owner selections, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and architect-driven details.
• Ability to utilize Procore for daily logs, scheduling coordination, documentation, RFIs, punch list management, and project communication.
