Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient manner, enhancing their dining experience through excellent in-person customer service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly according to food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with food handling and storage, adhering strictly to food safety management protocols to prevent contamination.
- Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating while managing weight handling in the workplace safely.
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitization procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
