Values-based contract food service management company searching for an experienced chef to become part of our team.
- Location is on the beautiful campus of The Crown College of the Bible.
- Two years of cooking/food production and management experience required.
- Must be comfortable working in a conservative Christian environment.
- Responsible for food at all operations (resident dining, retail, and catering).
- Responsible for scheduling of all production/utility staff in the main kitchen.
- Coordinates daily prep for board, catering, and retail operation as needed.
- Focused on financial performance and controls of all costs (food, labor, expenses).
- Understands how to control costs and implement changes that achieve the desired results.
- Assists with menu revisions, pre-costing, and inventory controls.
