About the Opportunity:
The Quality Technician supports the Quality Source department with preparing accurate and complete product documents for customer inspections and ensures that customer inspections are properly coordinated and received.

The Quality Technician supports the Quality Source department with preparing accurate and complete product documents for customer inspections and ensures that customer inspections are properly coordinated and received.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for preparing customer documents for source inspectors including but not limited to travelers, PO’s and customer specifications
- Navigates customer platforms to deliver information and provide updates per customer requirements
- Works with multiple departments and customer representatives to schedule and facilitate inspections
- Responds to customer issues, rejections, or rework requirements that facilitate product shipments
- Perform all other duties as needed
- Proactive, self-leader and self-disciplined
- Ability to independently manage tasks or projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solver
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- High ethical and confidentiality standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web portals
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in Quality, Quality Control, Quality Administration; preferably in a PCB manufacturing environment
- 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm)
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime and Weekends may be required based on business need
- Full-Time/Permanent
- On Site Only
