POSITION SUMMARY |
|
The Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the overall administration of Behavioral Health Programs including Behavioral Health Residential, Outpatient Therapy, Mentoring, Runaway Homeless Youth (RHY), Intake/Assessment, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Prevention at Pioneer Center. The Director ensures staff and client needs are met through a trauma-informed approach. This role is responsible for compliance with program standards and regulations; writing, monitoring, and reporting for grant; networking with community partners; creation and adherence to budgets; training staff and monitoring model fidelity; communication and collaboration with all levels of leadership and administration; and management of service provision, including in 24/7 programming
