- Directs daily operations of behavior health staff including counselors, case managers and peer support specialists.
- Provides supervision, coaching and assist Director with performance evaluations to ensure quality care.
- Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Develops and monitors program objectives, service goals and outcome measurements.
- Coordinate with partnering agencies, healthcare providers and stakeholders to optimize service integration.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, including documentation standards.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
- Proven counseling services experience, assessment skills.
- LSW, LCSW preferred.
- Background check clearance is required.
- Annual TB test.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative community partnerships.
- Occasional driving may be required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.
- Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
Salary : $21 - $24
