Trust Operations

Summary:

This position is a full-time position for the trust operations department in Belle Fourche. This position will be responsible for posting customer income timely and accurately for all trust department branches.

Trust Operations Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Use Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe

· Review and post income daily via ACH, mail and wire

· Review and update customer investment assets

· Ensure customer investment statements are received in a timely manner

· Maintain dual control functions

· Daily reconcilement of custodied trust assets

· Review statements posted by other trust operations staff to ensure they are accurate

· Answer incoming calls, transfer calls and take messages when necessary

· All other duties as assigned

· Ability to remain discreet about confidential customer information

Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent
