Wage: Tipped wage $7.33/hour tips event tips

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum age: 18
- Required certifications:
- Current TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience: At least 6 months serving in a high-volume setting preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine hospitality mindset
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Recommend menu items and take orders with accuracy
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth shift
