What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum age: 18
• Required certifications:
• Current TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Experience: At least 6 months serving in a high-volume setting preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine hospitality mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Recommend menu items and take orders with accuracy
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Anticipate guest needs before they ask
• Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
• Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Work closely with teammates to ensure a smooth shift
