What You’ll Bring:

• A friendly, upbeat personality — you thrive on guest interaction
• Strong multitasking skills (seating guests, running games, answering questions)
• Comfort with light tech troubleshooting for arcade games (training provided)
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus (but not required)

What You’ll Do:

• Greet, seat, and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists with ease
• Operate and monitor arcade games and attractions
• Help guests with gameplay and troubleshoot when needed
• Keep the lobby, arcade, and guest areas organized and guest-ready
• Team up with coworkers to deliver smooth, fun-first service
