About the Role: We’re in the midst of an exciting growth phase and looking for an exceptional sales professional to be the driving force behind the Aspen store's sales and serve as an ambassador for the Pinto Ranch brand. This role will take pride in creating an exceptional luxury retail experience while celebrating the authenticity, craftsmanship, and heritage of the Western lifestyle.
Our ideal Sales Professional combines strong retail business acumen with exceptional sales ability, and a passion for luxury customer service.
Western retail experience preferred. This job is hourly ($25-$30/hr) and eligible for commission, benefits and employee discounts.
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, highly personalized environment where every customer receives genuine hospitality, expert product knowledge, and attentive service.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Understand the customer's needs and offer expert product recommendations and styling across men's and women's fashion, boots, hats, jewelry, and accessories.
- Take ownership of your individual sales goals and progress: Achieve personal and store goals through proactive engagement, suggestive selling, and closing techniques.
- Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Develop a strong clienteling culture that encourages repeat business, customer loyalty, referrals, and long-term relationships.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: understand the craftsmanship, designers, products, and stories behind the merchandise and can confidently share them with customers.
- Maintain Luxury Standards: Ensure exceptional standards in merchandising, store presentation, organization, cleanliness, and product care.
- Engage the Community: Build relationships within the local community, develop partnerships, and create opportunities that introduce new customers to Pinto Ranch.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is a must, western retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly outgoing personality.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, reach, and perform the physical responsibilities required in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, and peak selling periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous commission-based sales experience a plus.
