Assistant Front of House Manager

PINSTACK features a full-service restaurant, two bars, a year-round patio and lane-side dining. Friendly, attentive, helpful waitstaff ensure our guests have a wonderful dining experience. We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Hourly Assistant Restaurant Managers to assist the department managers with the day to day operations of the Restaurant, Bars, and Bowling Lanes service, ensuring all service and product standards are exceeded.

This dynamic assistant leadership role offers the opportunity to learn how to coordinate two levels of guest service at once by leading a team, and managing all aspects of the food and beverage operation. There is also opportunities to learn other aspects of our business such as the game room and higher-level management duties.

Other duties may include:

• Assist Restaurant Manager and HR Manager in selection, training and development of all restaurant team members to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
• Assist in department schedules as initiated by the department head
• Collaborates with the bartenders in refinement of successful seasonal bar menu turns and drink specials
• Assist in control of F&B, labor and operating expenses within the restaurant department
• Ensures all F&B operations meet sanitation and safety compliance for FOH
