Onsite recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to work directly at our client’s location in Frankfort, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and supporting a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and assess candidates aligned with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer presentation.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and assist with onboarding processes.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using ATS systems and job boards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local labor market in Brantford and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation (for occasional travel).
