Role Description The Senior Onsite Recruiter is a full-time role based on-site in Bentonville, AR, responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities for one client location. This role partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, source candidates through various channels, and conduct initial screenings and interviews. The Senior Onsite Recruiter coordinates interview schedules, manages candidate communication, and provides guidance on selection decisions to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, monitoring hiring metrics, and recommending process improvements. The position also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, representing Pinpoint Recruitment Inc. professionally on-site, and supporting employer branding initiatives at the client’s location.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders in an on-site environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and standard productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar).
