Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day studio activity, maintaining operational quality and consistency.
- Act as the main client contact for the studio, answering questions and helping clients by phone and email.
- Respond to incoming inquiries to host private events in the studio.
- Oversee staffing and shift management to maintain smooth operations.
- Track and manage studio inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle administrative duties including payroll and basic bookkeeping.
- Recruit, interview, and train new hires to build a high-performing team of artists.
- Manage employee onboarding and ongoing training/development initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support employee growth.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
- Implement marketing initiatives and oversee the studio's social media accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience managing teams in a creative, retail, or studio environment.
- Background in recruiting and training new employees.
- Experience in purchasing and managing inventory.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Clear, effective communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
- Experience with marketing, customer engagement, and client service.
- Familiarity with wireless or tech-related environments is helpful but not required.
- Accuracy in professional communication across all channels.
