- Own end‑to‑end delivery of capital equipment projects across multiple facilities—from concept and design engineering through installation, commissioning, startup, and handover.
- Translate scope of work into executable plans; orchestrate design, scheduling, construction/installation, commissioning, startup, and documentation activities.
- Drive risk management and change control, ensuring projects meet established governance and expectations.
- Review drawings, proposals, and technical packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Lead bid evaluations, manage vendors and third‑party partners, and coordinate service schedules.
- Own and maintain the Project Action Register to keep priorities visible and moving.
- Coordinate with other projects and leverage cross‑functional capabilities across the organization.
- Champion safety compliance and propose improvements that enhance employee and plant safety.
- Support thorough project closeout ensuring all deliverables are in place before completion.
- Deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction targets to realize measurable, long‑term business results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BSc or other 4‑year degree (or equivalent) required; engineering background strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in the automation or engineering services industry.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience leading complex initiatives.
- Experience executing large‑scale automation projects.
- Hands‑on exposure to robotics and robotic automation methods; familiarity with AGVs and related enabling technologies.
- Experience supporting new concept and design development within dynamic, collaborative teams.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and to influence/lead diverse teams indirectly.
- Mastery of project management fundamentals, including critical path analysis, customer focus, and change management.
- Ability to work in manufacturing, industrial, and construction settings; availability for nights and weekends if required.
- Engineering degree

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
