Litigation Attorney – New York / New Jersey – Hybrid Remote - $130k - $200k

Job duties:
Work remote.
We have offices in Manhattan, Nassau County, and Hackensack.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Required:
· NY and/or NJ bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· Trucking & transportation, Auto
· Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law
· Toxic Torts, Products Liability
· Insurance Coverage
Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
