Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Remote! - New York / New Jersey
Founded in the 1970’s, we are a full-service law firm with 100 attorneys across 5 states currently. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Job duties:
Work remote.
We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey as well.
We are currently seeking:
1) Construction Litigation / NY Labor Law Attorney
2) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· NY and/or NJ bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· MVA, Personal Injury
· Construction Defect, NY Labor Law (200/240/241)
· Products Liability, Toxic Torts
· Medical Malpractice
· Insurance Coverage
Salary : $140,000 - $215,000
