Location: Louisville, KY or Lexington, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 hours/week, 1 hour a day
Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services. The therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or functional limitations.
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
