Key Responsibilities
- Conduct substance abuse assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services, assessments, and referrals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and participate in clinical meetings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in substance use treatment, mental health counseling, or related field.
- Licensure or certification as required by Indiana state regulations.
- Credentialing under DMHA as one of the following:
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, Psychologist, Physician, APRN
- Or nationally recognized addiction counseling credentials (e.g., LAC, CADAC II-V, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I/II, MAC, LSW).
