Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support daily business operations, focusing on client communication and customer service coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between our management team, clients, and service partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact point for clients and customers, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, tracking project progress, and organizing client meetings.
  • Support customer relationship management and help resolve service-related issues.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (green card holders).


Salary : $3,000 - $4,000
